Preorder

Preorder products are available for purchase now and will be sent automatically once we receive the product.

To place a preorder simple purchase the item and pay using the available payment options or choose bank deposit and pay a 20% deposit to secure your item (bank details will be provided once your order has been placed). If you choose the bank deposit option you can choose to pay off your order or we will send you a reminder to pay once your product is on its way to us. Other payment options are available to pay the 20% deposit, please contact us with your preferred payment method once your order has been placed and we will provide you with details on how to pay.

-While preorder dates are set there is a possibility of shipments being delayed due to shipping or other issues. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee these dates but we will get them to you as quickly as possible.

-If you order any preorder items all of the items in your order will be delivered at the same time even if they are in stock now. If you require any items immediately we suggest you place an individual order for your preorder item. 

-We do not refund any payments made, please choose carefully. If you require an item to be exchanged please let us know immediately and we will update your order before it is delivered.
